VIP Rx Solutions was created by a group of pharmacies and benefit consultants to DISRUPT the PBM industry. The benefit consultants were sick and tired of the PBM’s hiding behind their 400 page contracts with no clue what they were charging their clients, and NO WAY of determining how much of the rebates were going back to their self-funded clients. The pharmacy group could no longer tolerate seeing the PBM’s earning more per script than the actual pharmacy filling the script. Something had to CHANGE!
